NWA not showing up in Sap Concur Expense

I am trying to expense a previous trip but the ODC/Travel NWA is not showing up. The Overtime and Material NWA are showing up but not the travel NWA. Who is the point of contact to get it added to the system so I can expense a previous trip.

@catellierp what is an NWA? I'm not familiar with that acronym?
