NUI - existing/old receipts don't show in a new report, available receipts library is empty

I had some uploaded receipts in my account before migrating to NUI.
Now I can't attach them to a new expense in a new reports.

Is this a known issue? Where can I submit a bug report?

I've tested it again. Seems it happens if you upload a receipt to the main expense page, it doesn't show up in the report receipt library. (btw, deleting a bunch of attached receipts is annoying, but it makes sense to not have it since you can't bulk upload receipts anymore...)
