NUI - If you create an expense in a report without a receipt, you can't upload it later.

I've created a report, and an expense, but couldn't find my existing receipts. So I created the expense without a receipt.

It warns me that "You must attach a receipt image to this expense.", but is there a button to attach a receipt? There is not.

@okuster the attach option shows when you are drilled into an expense entry.
