My manager have never got the email for confirmation.

Hello, I have submitted the expense for Safety apparel allowance on Sep 2nd but my manager have never got an email to confirm.

Are there any way he can get an email or anything else I can do for it?

I am working at Constellation Brands, I have submitted the expense on Concursolution (https://www.concursolutions.com)

Please help me out!

@gcheon0052 have your manager check their junk or spam folders to see if the email went in there. I looked at your manager's settings and they have the email notification turned on to be notified when reports are submitted to him.

Be sure that your manager is checking the email inbox of the email address associated to their SAP Concur profile. I've seen several occasions where the user has a different email address on their SAP Concur profile from the one they use on a daily basis for work.
