My concur app no longer has the option to take pictures of my receipts

I have used Concur mobile app for years.  Suddenly the option to take photos of my receipts is gone.  I deleted the app and reinstalled it, have hard reset my phone, no luck.  I have gone in to Privacy and Security, looked at the camera setting, SAP concur is not on the list.  It is a feature on my mobile app that has gone away.  I am using the most current version of the app, 9.1110.0.  Using an Iphone 14, most current software, IOS 16.3.1.

I had to Log in, change my password, log out, and then log in with the new passwors.  This made the expense and receipt system reappear
