@DavidMartin go back and look at the Accommodation expense for one as the itemizations appear to be causing some of the alerts. If you drill in to each line item that has the red circle, the system should highlight the field(s) that might be missing data.
If you need further assistance, you are going to need to provide me screenshots of all the alerts and show me some of the line item details.
