Monitor Batches not Working

I had an email from someone saying they hadn't been paid after I'd approved their claim the other day. I went to go check on the monitor batches section to see if it had gone through, but when I went to hit "View Details" for May 4th, the day it should've been paid out, there was nothing there. The batch said "COMPLETE" as opposed to "IN_PROGRESS" as well. Usually there's a list of names and amounts once I hit "View Details". I went and checked past batches as well to see if it was an isolated issue, but nothing came up for any of them either.

@rileyash did this get resolved? If not, maybe try posting in the Admin Group.
