Mobile app directs to browser experience

Hi,

When I log into the mobile app with SSO, I get directed to the browser experience. How can I change that?

 

I read other have submitted this issue too and one suggestion was to update the chrome app, which I have done, but that didn’t help.

 

what else can I do?

@CarolineS I posted your issue internally, however the response I received was that it will be difficult to provide a solution since company's have different set ups of their Single Sign-On. Have you spoken to your IT department about this?
