What to be selected in Business reason/Trip reason and Trip Type fields while raising Mobile phone expense claim for a New phone?

This is probably better to ask your expense department as it is an internal specific set up for your company. Mine would be only a suggestion, but if you have only phone bill cost, i would related to the type of trip you most do and same for the business purpose.
