Laptop working fine but my mobile app stopped allowing me to login today. Have reset password and pin but still doesn’t work. Face ID has been disabled as well. Help !!!! Thanks Steve

If you can kindly reply to me directly or via email your login id and permission to do a reset pin once again for me to test and replicate the issue on my end. Also if you can attach a screenshot of the error you are getting?
I have the same issue, unable to login using mobile app. Tried to delete app and reloaded still not working, will only let me enter my company email then goes blank for the password option.. Any help?
