Mobile App - Unable to submit a claim due to Receipt Analysis block

Hi everyone,

 

On the Mobile App, many users are unable to submit their request because the receipt picture is blocked at the analysis stage.

Even if we try to delete it and recreate it, the picture remains blocked.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

 

Can you assist please?

@lthuillier when users are taking a picture of their receipts using the App, does the camera icon say ExpenseIt or does it say Receipt?

I created an incident and SAP made a fix on the mobile app!

The problem is now solved.
