Mobile App Not Displaying Expense Types

I have one user that when they go to look up expense types on the mobile app, nothing displays.  The user has logged out and back in again, deleted and re-installed the app, they have hooked up to wifi and still it doesn't display anything.  I am able to view the expense types available to me without a problem.  Has anyone else had this issue?  We recently set up policy groups but didn't change anything else.

@atutor have the user shut down their phone and reboot. Let me know if that fixes the issue or if it still persists.

Hi Kevin, 

Thanks for your reply!  This didn't work for them but they ended up starting a new expense report and they showed up.  So it must have been a corrupt expense report or something similar.  Thanks again!
