Mobile App Error Message - Please Help

Several users are trying to sign into the Mobile App and they are receiving the error message below.  They have uninstalled the app and did a hard reboot powered the phone and waited, turned the phone on and installed the latest version of the Concur Mobile app and tried to log in again without any success.  They cleared the app's and the phone's cache.  They are using iPhone 12 v 15.6.  The Concur version is 9.104.02207260727 and connected to Wifi.


Can anyone share any insights or suggestions on the users can successfully log in, please?
