Mobile APP vs Desktop

I have reconciled my charges and attached receipts via the app, but when I look at Concur on my desktop it still shows unreconciled expenses. It seems they are "out of sync" Any suggestions would be appreciated. T

@marlanam two questions...

1. Is this still an issue?

2. If you answered yes to my first question, what do you mean by "still shows unreconciled"?
