Solved: Missing receipts on rental Car expense (Hertz)

Are there any know disturbances processing receipts from Hertz to Concur? Do I have to take action on missing receipt rental car or have to wait untill receipts Hertz are are added to Available expenses? (last times they were there to process)

@StevenVis after this many of days, I would reach out to Hertz to get a copy of the receipt. The e-receipt from Hertz should have shown up by now.
