One of our users has attached receipts to transactions on their Concur Expense report but is getting the error message receipts are missing. We've tried removing the transactions and adding them to the report again, attaching & saving the receipt (the receipt image is clearly on the report) but still getting the error. Any ideas why this would happen?
@lsywassink Silly question, but is each receipt attached to each line/expense in the report? I've seen coworkers attached all receipts (in one PDF) to one line/expense.
Yes, there is a separate receipt on each transaction of the report but three of the transactions have the exclamation mark stating there is no receipt. Thank you for the suggestion though - we would try anything at this point!
@lsywassink are the entries showing a yellow or red exclamation mark? If yellow, then it is just a reminder/warning and will not prevent submission.
@Kevin It showed as the yellow triangle with the exclamation mark and if she hit submit, the message said there were errors needing resolved before she could submit.
