Missing an airport parking receipt, has been stalling the entire process from 09/21

 I took a trip to Arlington TX August 2021 for training, and misplaced some of the receipts, particularly one for airport parking. I submitted bank statement excerpts to show expenses that very clearly state "Ontario Airport", but it keeps getting kicked back. $1700 worth of travel expenses is being held up because of it. Ideas?

Have you tried to use the missing receipt affidavit?

The "missing receipt affidavit" is apparently a function of the mobile app only, which I don't use.
