Missing Receipt

Hello All,

 

When my executive adds a receipt to his Concur profile it does not show up on my profile. Any advice here?

@mcunningham I think there might be some details missing. 🙂 If I upload a receipt to my profile, it will only appear in my profile. It won't appear in anyone else's profile. The only way someone could see receipts I have uploaded in my profile is if they are my Expense Delegate and they go in and Act as me.

Is that what you are referring to or are you referring your Executive emailing in a receipt to receipts@concur.com and you expect to see it in your profile?
