Missing Receipt Decleration

The missing Receipt declaration link is not showing on any of my expenses. I have logged in and out and also used different browsers. Any other troubleshooting I can do?

@Nat_Stencel I do not see a current open report in our account, so did you get this issue resolved?

If not, is the report you are working on someone else's report?
