Hello,
I had a personal Avis transaction hit my corporate card by accident because the card was listed in my Avis Preferred account. I had them quickly credit my corporate card a few days later, but the credit never showed up in Concur. I see it on my card statement though..
I can't submit it as a personal charge or it will debit my personal bank account. Now I have this aged transaction in Concur and I can’t submit other expense reports until I resolve it.
What's the best way to fix this issue?
