Missing Airline Expense

My Amex travel Exepnse - Airline ticket is missing. The Amex Agency Booking fee is there but not the airline ticket charge. Amex Travel says it must be a Concur issue. How can I get this fixed. It has already taken me an hour of wasted time to get to this point.

@sct I'm looking at your Delta Client Travel report and see an airline AMEX charge. Is this the one in question?
