@kevinseth91_ks configuring it different depending on which type of configuration you are on. Are you on a Standard/Best Practice configuration or a Professional Configuration. Once I know that, I can advise better.
As for the rates, you will see the current IRS rate for U.S., but you can enter your own rates as needed.
