Mileage traking

Hi All,

 

Can anyone advise if Concur offers a feature for employees to track their mileage? Currently, we have migrated from TMC to Concur, and with TMC, employees could view their monthly mileage on their account without having to generate a report.

@fryansisk There isn't anything we have for users to see their accumulated mileage on a monthly basis. 

 

We do have an option for users to see their running mileage accumulation. This depends on how you set up your Car Configuration. The Car Configuration would need to be set up as a variable rate. That way the system will keep track. The variable rate is when you reimburse at certain rate for miles zero to distance XYZ and then another rate for when the user's accumulated mileage is over distance XYZ. 

 

Users would be able to see their accumulated distance to date on their profile.
