Mileage offline

Good day everybody

As soon as I try to enter a mileage in the app I get an error that says 

Offline – this operations is not supported in offline mode – please try again when network connectivity is available

my phone has network connectivity (both WiFi and cellular data) and still not working

Any idea how to solve this?

@luismata a couple things to try. Do a hard reset of your phone. Uninstall then reinstall the app. 

Try those and see if it resolves or not.

I also am having this same issue and I've tried resetting my phone and deleting and re-downloading the app and I still get that error message.  Any other suggestions on how to fix?
