Mileage map not attaching to Expense Report

Using desktop Concur app - when attempting to attach Personal Vehicle Mileage to the expense report, it gives me an exception for "Please attach a map for documentation to clear this exception". I can click back to the map and the maps with my routes are visible and notated.

Also note that this began after 1 September, all my mileage entries for this week during August have been accepted with no issues or exceptions.

@smithjs1 is the exception message yellow or red? If yellow, you will still be able to submit. I would suggest using the Comment field explaining you used the Mileage Calculator. If the exception is Red, then I would screenshot the Mileage Calculator route and attach it like you would any other receipt. 

Sounds like your company made some changes to the system recently.
