@E32671 when doing your mileage expense, you should see a link that says Mileage Calculator. It will be above all the data fields. Here you can enter your Waypoint A and Waypoint B. The calculator will show you the mileage. Once calculated, click Add Mileage. You will see the From an To fields populated.
As for retirement party expenses, you will need to choose an expense type from the list that best matches the products you purchased. I assume you received pre-approval to purchase the products and be reimbursed for them. If you have any concerns, I recommend speaking with your direct manager as they will be the ones to review and approve your expense report.
