Mileage Configuration Net New Customers

I'm looking at a new configuration for a new customer for the new Mileage Configuration feature.  Looks very easy, except I need to add in a ‘third’ option in respect of Car Allowance rates.  They require -:

Automated Company Car  - all good and added for UK

Automated Personal Car   - all good and added for UK

Car Allowance – flat 25p per mile <------------ How do I add this ?

Just caught up on the online training - I need to raise a PSD ticket to have this new feature switched off so that I can use the legacy system.
