Mileage Configuration Error after SIMPEX

Hi,

Our client is currently HQ'd in malaysia for we are implementing Concur. Recently when we finished the Simpex Process from Test to Production we started to face an error when we try to access "Mileage Configuration". Also users cannot see Personal Car Mileage Expense in their lists.

Has anyone faced any issues like this? Any suggestions on how to resolve.
