When using the Mileage calculator in the web version and setting way points for a trip, the waypoints are marked as A,B,C...etc. This is useful to anyone viewing how the miles were determined to see the route, but also determining if the route taken would have been more or less if they left from their home, or the office.
When using the mileage calculator in the Concur mobile app, the waypoints appear in the mobile app, but when saving the expense, the same waypoints do not appear in the report when viewing from the web.
Is this a known issue? I would create a ticket for this, but I suspect that it is a problem with google maps architecture and how it interfaces with mobile app/web version differently.
