I work for trane technologies and am trying to expense my personal mileage and it wont let me calculate my route using the route calculator tool. this is required for me to submit the report. these adresses are both correct.
@kylegrimm I just tried it on your expense report and it worked for me. Enter the first address, then press Tab. Enter the second address, then press Tab. See if the will calculate the one way. If so, then click Make Round Trip. Below is what I see.
