Meals and Entertainment for Customers, Partners or Vendors Error

I am getting this error Since this is a group meal/entertainment,more than one attendee is mandatory.If this is an individual meal,please use the expense type "MEALS BY YOURSELF"

However in the attendees I have added multiple business guests but I am still getting this error.

This message comes from an Audit Rule. We have a similar rule checking that there are at least 2 attendees, it works.
