Meal expense type

Hi, I’m reaching you out in order to have a clarification regarding meal expense type :

• Entertainment (internal) -->  1 or more attendees?
• Meals (business trip) --> 1 attendee (Concur owner) ?
• Meals/entertainment (external)--> +2 attendees ?

For those who have concur in a different language (French), have you noticed a discrepancy between English and French translated version for meals expense?

If you are seeing expense types that appear exactly as you have typed above in English, those are considered to be custom and would require someone to manually translate/localize the text into French.  If you believe the French translations users are seeing is not quite right, I would recommend you bring this to the attention of your internal Concur Administrator.
