Meal Allowances

I am interested in finding out which U.S. Companies have meal allowances, actual meal reimbursements, and per diems. Please let me know the following:

Name of the Business OR Type of Business
What State you are based in.
If you do meal allowances, actual meal reimbursements, or per diems.
How much is the allowance, maximum reimbursement, or per diem.
If alcohol is included/restricted/limited.

Hi Kevin, I did not receive any responses beyond yours. Do you by chance have a resource that I could go to in an effort to see what other companies (non-government or non-education) utilize?
