Mass upload from Excel

Hello All,

did anyone find a way so far a way to upload/generate claims from an Excel sheet.

I look for a function/process similar to the SAP FICO ADI files, where a processor/PA can generate a claim in Excel and load it.

We have generated something using  the personal card import file (with help of of a Quicken file) but this disappears AFAIK in March 2019 with the new look of Concur.

Hi Juergen,

Concur does not have this functionality natively, but one of our App Center Partners, GlobeXpenC, makes a tool called EmailXpenC that does just this. You can find them by going to the App Center tab in Concur and searching for Excel.

It seemed to be a functionality option available in previous versions of Concur.  It would be very helpful if it could be added.  With events of over 100 people, it is too time consuming to add them individually.

I just want to provide some clarification since we are talking about three different things in this thread:

1 - The original question asked about importing expense reports/claims in bulk into Concur via Excel. This is not a feature available in Concur, but is available from one of our App Center partners.

2 - There was a comment about the ability for users to import personal credit card charges going away in the new UI in 2019. While that feature is currently not supported in the new UI, it will be available by the rollout date. This document goes through all of the features and when they will be transitioned. The personal card charge import is listed in table 2 as a minor feature. This means the functionality will be migrated, but not until closer to go live as it is not a widely used feature amongst our customers.

3 - The ability for users to import attendees to an event does exist, but only in the "Professional" version of Concur, not in the "Standard" version. If you are on the Professional version you can log a ticket with support to get help activating this feature.

I have heard about EmailXpenC, but I have never used it before. Is it any good? I need to find a way so far away to upload/generate claims from an Excel sheet as a customer has a special request. I have been looking for a function/process similar to the SAP FICO ADI files. BUT, I do not need the PA to generate claims in Excel. I need it to create claims in google sheets and Tableau. Is it even possible? If you know how to do it, or at least how to connect the results from the tableau to the google sheets, could you give me a link to an article or video that explains all those things?
