@Gotham8144 did you get this resolved? Most likely your profile wasn't set up to include Concur Expense. You would need to have the person at your company who is the SAP Concur site admin update your profile so you can have access to Concur Expense. If you aren't sure who this is, I would suggest speaking with your direct manager.
