@AbhiCargill each company makes their own policies about this, so you would need to do some research internally to see if your company allows this or not.
As I read your post again, I think it could also be interpreted that you are asking if others have their policies written that this is a deviation.
In my personal opinion, I don't see why it would be against policy. If a company allows their employees to be reimbursed for both mileage and fuel, then I would think they would allow them to not only be on the same report, but would expect that occasionally a fuel expense was incurred the same day a user had driven their car. 🙂
