Locked out of mobile app

I am locked out of my mobile app for concur and cannot submit my expense report. I cannot reset my password either as my company email is down right now. Is there someone that is able to help me reset my password so i am able to login?

I believe only your company's administrator will be able to do this for you once your email is once again working.
