Locked out of Mobile App

Hello, i've received the message that my account is locked in the Concur mobile app. I setup my pin but thought I was supposed to use my password and locked myself out. What do i need to do to get the account unlocked? From reading some past posts, it seems that my mobile pin needs to be reset or cleared so I can setup a new one. Is that something i can do here or do i need to try to contact someone else?

@Tr0dela if it says the account is locked, you are going to need to reach out to your company's SAP Concur site administrator. They will need to do a password reset for our Concur profile. 

 

For future reference, the mobile PIN option is only for our customers who use Single Sign On for the web version, but not for the mobile app. So, if your company doesn't use Single Sign On, then you will just use the same username and password on the mobile app you use to sign in on the Web version of SAP Concur. 

 

If you aren't sure who your company's SAP Concur admin is, reach out to your direct manager.
