Legacy UI - Icons keeps disappearing

Does anyone else have problems with the icons disappearing?  Includes Available Expenses, Expense Reports etc.  User's and Approvers.  Can't see any of them:  receipt, itinerary, e-receipt,  card transaction etc. and includes browsers Edge and Chrome.  This happens periodically and is a real hindrance for users and approvers!  Logging out and back in also does not resolve the issue.

I also should mention we are on the Professional Edition.

I had not experienced this issue until today, but it looks like it may be unrelated as Concur had a partial outage today. But, while approving, I couldn't see the receipts icon (or e-receipts) nor the credit card icon. It was strange, but I'm hoping it's a quick fix.

Thanks Jessica, I see there was a partial outage today and could be related.  We've had this issue come up sporadically over the last several months, could never actually tie it any outage - at least not consistently.  The icons/receipts are back now, until next time 😉

 

Glad to see at least someone else has noticed this!
