@whiteas did you call the card company? Should you have gotten a late payment charge or no?
I'm asking because if the late payment was due to your company not approving in a timely manner, then you might be able to get your company to cover the charge. If the late payment charge was your fault, then you likely will need to pay the fee out of your own pocket. I would do two things:
1. Speak with your direct manager and tell them the situation. If the late payment is your company's fault, then ask your manager if you can submit the charge for reimbursement.
2. If the late payment is your fault, call the card company to arrange a payment.
