Late Fees explanation request

My report is showing American Express Initiated Acitivity which I understand to mean late fees. 

However It seems to be showing multiple entries, often on subsequent days. This seems to be a mistake ?

In addition it is showing late fees in a month when I had no outstanding activity, apart from a couple of invoices that your system didnt seem to have picked up had already been picked up and submitted within a previous report.

@JohnMarley I would contact AMEX and dispute the additional charges or ask them for an explanation. If they are indeed incorrect charges, have them credit you back. This should then cause more transactions to appear in your Available Expenses that are negative amounts to offset the incorrect charges. Once that is all done, you can add all the charges to a report. They should zero each other out.
