I am the delegate for the CM's in my area and we have a newly hired CM that replaced a CM that resigned. There is a 2.00 late charge showing on the P-card from the previous CM. How do I go about getting that taken care of?
@3303768 if it is a legitimate late fee and you are the delegate for that CM, you can go in as a delegate and add it to a report and submit it. Keep in mind though, that if your company is using Statement Reports or Company Billed Statements, the system might not let you manually add this to a report. Give that a try and let me know how it works. If it doesn't work, there are alternate options.
