Keep access to historical data

Hello Concur community, 

could you please provide detailed explanation of Historical Data service? How does it work? 

After we finish migration from Concur USA to Concur EU server we need to keep the access to old Concur USA data. As part of the HDS we should keep view access to historical data in the old system. Can you please provide more details/share experience/provide documentation, how HDS work? 

Do we get access to receipts as part of this service or do we see only character-related data (numbers/text).

Please talk to your account manager who assisted with the move.  There are several offerings from a one time data dump (with images possible) to an ongoing "limited access" read only access to all data/images.  Please remember that user ids must be unique across all Concur so you wouldn't want general users having access to their own historical data unless you gave them 2 ids (which will cause issues).
