Itemizing lodging when rate changes

Itemizing hotel room rate & taxes when rate changes during long stay without having to use the most frequent rate and tax amount for all and then have to go into each date and change the rate and the taxes for every date that isn't the most frequent rate. For instance, recently had a rate from 16 feb-28 Feb and then a higher rate for 01 March until checkout on 10 March 2022. Putting the most common rate for entire stay worked but then I have to go into each date between March 1st and 10th and adjust the rate and lodging taxes for each entry. any easier/quicker way?

@ZoeBookz it sounds like you are using our legacy user interface which does not have the feature you are asking about. However, our new user interface does allow for entering different rates for all the different days at one time rather than putting in a rate, saving, then adjusting after save.

Your company will be moved to the new user interface in October this year or they can choose to switch it now. You would need to speak with those at your company who are the SAP Concur Site administrators. Usually they are people in Finance or you might find some contact information in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen.

Thank you,

Thank you, Kevin. I checked with our IT Dept and yes, it's the Legacy Interface we are currently using but will be making the switch in October, if not sooner. At least our System Administrator is aware of how cumbersome the process is right now.

@ZoeBookz sounds like your system admin is on top of things. Glad I could help you out. When you see the new interface, you'll be asking why this wasn't available all along. 🙂
