Issue with adding itinerary

I cannot import the itinerary, and i cannot add it manually.  Whatever I try the systems is stating that there is an overlap with another itinerary and only allows to cancel. How can i get the itinerary added?

@Silja if it does indeed overlap, you need to find the itinerary it overlaps with and edit it. If the itinerary that it is overlapping is on a submitted and approved report, you are going to be stuck, unfortunately. 

 

Why are your travel dates overlapping? The system sees this as you being in two places at the same time.

Hi Kevin, there is no overlap. There is only one travel I'm trying to add. I have no idea why I get this error message. I would assume it is somehow a system error, but I don't know how to clean it up. Any ideas? Regards, Silja
