Is there any way to view the items included in a submitted claim?

Hi,

 

Is there any way to view the items included in a submitted claim? Just wanted to ensure that all necessary items have been included in the previous claim submission.

Hi @erinababie ,

You can open and check items of all your previously submitted expense claims. 

Follow below navigations:

Home >> Expense >> In report library you can see all active reports (including Not submitted (highlighted in blue), submitted (highlighted in green), sent back to employee (highlighted in red)).

>> click on report for which you want to view expense line items 

>> once review done click on back or click on Manage Expenses hyper link to come back on previous screen.

@erinababie also, if reports have been full approved and paid, you can use the View option from the Manage Expenses screen to see previously submitted/paid reports that no longer show on the Manage Expenses screen.
