Is Deleting Expense Location allowed?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to ensure that all locations are properly entered into the system. Are we allowed to delete location configurations, or is there a restriction on this action? Additionally, if deletion is not permitted, could you guide me on how I can extract the location details from the system?

Hi @jcduyan ,

By design, system doesnt allow to delete location configuration. However, you can deactivate any location if required. 

Regarding location extract, you can raise a support ticket with Concur and request for location extract. 

OR

You can try creating below report which I have tried in my system. To create report, you must have Cognos Consumer role.
