Internet Expense not recieved yet

I have  made claim for my Internet Expense but still I did not received the  the money.

@Rajesh1606 what is the current status of the claim? When you log in to SAP Concur, click Expense at the top of your screen. You should see the claim listed there with its current status. It is possible it isn't fully approved yet. I can tell you where it is in the process if you tell me the current status.
