Internal Negotiations / Wartsila Employee Does Not Come Up

I had a dinner with an employee of Wartsila Norway during which we discussed numerous projects and sales opportunities.  When I tried to enter his name in Advanced Search, the system showed "no results" for him.  I KNOW he is a Wartsila employee but I now have no way to enter his name into the expense report and submit the report.  WHAT TO DO?

@BAM001 do you know if this employee has an SAP Concur profile? If they do not, that is why you couldn't find him. When adding attendees, there is an Attendee Type option that says, "Employee not using Concur". You could try using that and entering him that way.

I think I already answered this.  I looked in Concur and there was no selection labelled, "Employee not using Concur".
