Integrating new AMEX Corporate Card feeds

Our company uses MasterCard corporate cards, managed through Concur, and it all works fine.

Now we have added AMEX Corporate, we have successfully installed the feeds into Concur and the transactions flow into the Concur system just fine.

The problem that we have now is now to export them into our QuickBooks Enterprise.

Our MasterCard use a PivotPayable connector, but the AMEX transactions don't shop up in PivotPayable.

Does anyone know how to make this work? Or point me to the right resource?

@NYCROCKS you might try posting this question in the Admin Group. This forum tends to be more end user issue related and not those who would work on the back end of expenses and working in QB.
